To cater to the needs of all our customers, we offer two delivery options at the checkout so you can choose the one that best suits your requirements. Please find below our delivery options and the cost if applicable.
Delivery options

3 to 5 Working Days - Free (on order above £150)
In this option we will deliver your product free of charge but it will take 3 to 5 working days for the product to be delivered.

Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days) £4.95
The delivery charge for Express Delivery (1-2 working days) is £4.95 at the time of placing order. (This option does not include delivery on Saturday or Sunday).
Please note: Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scotland can take up to 2 working days

Delivery period
When we accept your order, we will do our best to make the delivery within the quoted delivery period. If we do not deliver within the quoted delivery period and you provided a full and correct delivery address then we may offer a full or partial refund of the delivery fee. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The delivery charge will not be refunded. Should nobody be available to accept the delivery, the courier will keep hold of the goods for up to two days and you may re-arrange delivery. After this period, we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The delivery charge will not be refunded. We may send items individually, so if you have ordered more than one item from us it is possible you may receive them on different days.

Processing
The order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfilment. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Shipped
The order has been fully dispatched. The dispatch tracking number is provided in the Order Tracking email where you can obtain up to date dispatch information.
If you have not received delivery within 5 days of placing order, please email us on webcs@fivetech.co.uk. If you do not contact us within 10 days of placing the order, it may be too late for us to assist you as couriers only allow up to 7 days for any delivery disputes.
